The Global Peace and Restoration Consortium was the ratified replacement body for the United Nations registered in July of 2021. Steffen “TANK” Rowe was charged with the responsibility by Ground Commander/Guardian Kimberly Ann Goguen to create the charter for the GPRC. She specifically made reference to including other documents such as the Resolution of One Accord, and the Global Declaration of Independence. By including these documents in the charter and establishment of the GPRC they became ratified by proxy under the umbrella of the same charter.
